"Not really my style"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of in a rush when I checked it out, but the design just felt a bit messy to me. The styles didn’t really seem like my thing and came off looking a little cheap.

"Cute bracelet for the price"
I ordered a small bracelet from Nébuleuse Bijoux and I’m happy with it. It’s not some super high-end luxury piece, but it looks nice on and feels better than I expected for the price. Shipping was okay, maybe a little slower than I hoped, but nothing too annoying. Weirdly, I remember the package had this tiny little blue sticker on it that made it feel kind of cute and personal. Overall, good value and I’d probably buy from them again.

"I’ll admit the necklace looked really pretty..."
I’ll admit the necklace looked really when I first got it, but after just a few weeks the color started fading and it definitely didn’t feel as “quality” as the wording made it sound. The clasp also feels cheap, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected it to last longer and feel a lot sturdier.

So yeah, the shipping was a bit slower than I expected, and I kept checking the tracking like, okay, where is this thing, but it did eventually show up and the package was totally fine. Nothing was damaged or anything, just took a little longer than I was hoping.

I was frustrated with the support experience. The website made it seem like one thing, but then when I tried to get clarification, it took days to hear back. Even after they replied, the answer was kind of vague, so I still wasn’t totally sure what to do. Not ideal when you’re just trying to get help quickly
